Is there a reception desk in the building?

Q17 Apartments is a fully automated apartment builidingh with electronic code locks. Everything is done without a service. If you have any questions, we are available at our 24-hour telephone number.
How does the check-in and check-out work?

Guests of our apartments can self check-in with the received 4-digit code at any time after 3:00 PM. At check-out, all you have to do is slam the door behind you.
What does the breakfast offer look like?

Breakfast costs PLN 49 per person and must be bought together with the stay. Breakfast is served in the form of a'la carta right next to the object in the Giselle restaurant or La barometre restaurant located 300-400 meters from the facility.
Do you have a car park?

Our guests can park in the underground garage in the "Nowy Targ" car park at ul. Nowy Targ 29 only 300 meters from the property. The price of stay for our guests is 75 PLN / day.
How can you pay for your stay?

The payment will be taken from the credit / debit card provided during booking. You can also pay for your booking by a traditional transfer.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. On Sundays, it is possible to extend your stay for free until 13:00 (requires prior contact with the reception).
